FAYRWATCH is operated by Croissant.im LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 7901 4th Street North, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States.

These Policies & Safety rules explain what is and is not allowed on FAYRWATCH. They apply to viewers, creators, accounts, profiles, videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, comments, posts, links, reports, messages sent to FAYRWATCH, and any other use of the platform.

These rules are part of the platform rules referenced in the Terms of Service. If you use FAYRWATCH, you must follow these Policies & Safety rules.

1. Our safety approach

FAYRWATCH is designed for independent videos, creator pages, viewer subscriptions, and creator monetization. To keep the platform usable and safe, we may remove content, restrict access, limit recommendations, pause monetization, suspend features, or terminate accounts when content or conduct creates legal, safety, payment, copyright, fraud, or platform-integrity risk.

We may review content or accounts manually, automatically, or through service providers. We are not required to host, recommend, monetize, or continue displaying any content.

2. User responsibility

Users and creators are responsible for what they do on FAYRWATCH.

You must not use FAYRWATCH to break the law, violate someone else's rights, harm others, commit fraud, manipulate platform metrics, abuse payment systems, bypass access controls, or interfere with the platform.

Creators are responsible for making sure they have the rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and legal authority needed for everything they upload or monetize.

3. Illegal content and illegal activity

You may not upload, publish, promote, monetize, or share content that is illegal or that promotes illegal activity. This includes content that facilitates crime, fraud, abuse, exploitation, threats, non-consensual sexual material, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, violent extremism, unlawful weapons activity, unlawful drug sales, or illegal services.

If we believe content may be illegal, we may remove it, preserve records, suspend accounts, report it to relevant service providers or authorities where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests.

4. Child safety and minors

FAYRWATCH does not allow content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, endangers, abuses, grooms, traffics, harasses, or targets minors.

Content involving minors may be removed or restricted if it creates safety, privacy, exploitation, or legal risk, even if the uploader believes the content is harmless.

Viewer accounts are not intended for users under 16. Creator accounts are not intended for users under 18.

5. Harassment, threats, and abuse

You may not use FAYRWATCH to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, blackmail, extort, or target another person.

This includes repeated unwanted contact, targeted insults, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, malicious campaigns, coordinated abuse, sexual harassment, and attempts to silence or intimidate creators, viewers, staff, or third parties.

6. Hate and unlawful discrimination

You may not upload, publish, promote, monetize, or share content that promotes hatred, violence, dehumanization, unlawful discrimination, or serious targeted abuse against protected groups or individuals based on protected characteristics.

This does not prevent lawful discussion, criticism, commentary, journalism, education, comedy, or debate, but content may be restricted or removed when it crosses into targeted hate, threats, harassment, or unlawful discrimination.

7. Violence, dangerous acts, and harmful behavior

You may not post content that promotes, instructs, encourages, glorifies, or coordinates serious physical harm, terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, suicide, assault, torture, animal cruelty, or dangerous criminal behavior.

Graphic violence, gore, accident footage, or shocking content may be removed, age-restricted, demonetized, down-ranked, or limited unless there is clear educational, documentary, artistic, or journalistic context.

8. Sexual content and nudity

FAYRWATCH may restrict or remove sexual content, nudity, fetish content, pornographic content, sexual solicitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that creates legal, payment, safety, or platform risk.

Content involving minors in a sexual or sexualized context is strictly prohibited.

9. Copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property

You may not upload or monetize content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, contractual rights, or other third-party rights.

Creators must have the rights to all music, sound recordings, beats, samples, images, video clips, film excerpts, logos, brands, artwork, performances, voices, locations, people appearing in content, and any other third-party material used in their content.

Copyright issues are handled under the Copyright page and the Terms of Service.

10. Privacy, doxxing, and personal information

You may not publish private or sensitive personal information without permission.

This includes private addresses, phone numbers, emails, identity documents, financial information, medical information, private messages, login credentials, exact real-time location, or other information that could expose a person to harm, harassment, fraud, or unwanted contact.

11. Impersonation and misleading identity

You may not impersonate another person, creator, brand, company, public figure, organization, or FAYRWATCH staff.

You may not create accounts, profiles, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, links, or content that mislead users about who you are, who operates an account, whether content is official, or whether FAYRWATCH endorses you.

12. Scams, fraud, and deceptive practices

You may not use FAYRWATCH to promote scams, phishing, fake giveaways, fake investment opportunities, fraudulent products, misleading financial schemes, malware, fake support, fake jobs, fake charities, fake subscriptions, or deceptive commercial offers.

Creators are responsible for sponsors, affiliate links, promotions, product claims, and commercial relationships they include in their content.

13. Spam, manipulation, and platform integrity

You may not manipulate views, likes, follows, comments, watch time, subscriptions, recommendations, rankings, revenue, or creator payouts.

Prohibited conduct includes bots, fake accounts, fake engagement, paid or coordinated manipulation, artificial traffic, scraping, automated access, click farms, subscription abuse, chargeback abuse, and attempts to bypass fraud detection or paywalls.

14. Security and technical abuse

You may not hack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, attack, probe, scan, bypass, disable, or interfere with FAYRWATCH, its servers, APIs, databases, payment systems, streaming systems, security systems, access controls, or service providers.

You may not upload malware, harmful code, spyware, credential stealers, deceptive files, or content designed to damage or compromise devices, accounts, networks, or systems.

15. External links

Creators and users are responsible for links they post.

FAYRWATCH may remove, restrict, or disable links that lead to scams, malware, illegal content, harassment, privacy violations, counterfeit goods, harmful products, payment circumvention, or other risky destinations.

16. Sponsored content and commercial content

Creators must disclose paid promotions, sponsorships, endorsements, affiliate links, product placements, or other commercial relationships where required by law or platform rules.

FAYRWATCH may restrict, demonetize, remove, or require changes to sponsored content or commercial content that creates legal, payment, safety, or reputational risk.

17. Reporting content or accounts

Users may report content or accounts that appear to violate these Policies & Safety rules, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or the Copyright page.

Reports should include enough information for FAYRWATCH to understand the issue, such as the URL, the account name, a description of the problem, and any relevant context.

Reports can be sent to contact@croissant.im or submitted through any reporting tool available on the platform.

18. What FAYRWATCH may do after a report

After receiving a report, FAYRWATCH may review the reported content or account and may take action including:

• no action if the report is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or not a violation;
• removing content;
• disabling access to content;
• age-restricting or limiting content;
• demonetizing content;
• reducing recommendations;
• adding warnings;
• requesting more information;
• requiring account verification;
• pausing payouts;
• suspending features;
• suspending or terminating accounts;
• preserving records where needed;
• reporting serious issues to service providers or authorities where appropriate.

19. Appeals and review requests

If your content, account, monetization, or payout is restricted and you believe the decision was wrong, you may request review by contacting contact@croissant.im.

A review request should include your account email, the content URL if applicable, the decision you are challenging, and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was wrong.

FAYRWATCH may refuse repetitive, abusive, incomplete, bad-faith, or legally risky appeals.

20. Repeat violations

FAYRWATCH may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Policies & Safety rules, the Terms of Service, the Copyright page, payment processor rules, or applicable law.

Serious violations may lead to immediate removal, suspension, payout hold, or termination without prior warning.

21. Emergency situations

FAYRWATCH is not an emergency service.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. You may also report relevant content to FAYRWATCH at contact@croissant.im.

22. Changes to these Policies & Safety rules

FAYRWATCH may update these Policies & Safety rules from time to time. Updated rules will apply once posted or otherwise made available.

Continued use of FAYRWATCH after updated rules become effective means you accept the updated rules.
