FAYRWATCH is operated by Croissant.im LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 7901 4th Street North, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States.

FAYRWATCH respects copyright and expects viewers and creators to respect copyright as well. This Copyright page explains how copyright complaints, removal requests, counter-notices, repeat infringer issues, and creator responsibilities are handled on FAYRWATCH.

1. Copyright responsibility of creators

Creators are responsible for making sure they have the rights to upload, publish, stream, display, promote, and monetize everything they post on FAYRWATCH.

This includes videos, music, sound recordings, beats, samples, images, film clips, logos, brands, artwork, thumbnails, performances, voices, people appearing in the content, and any other third-party material.

By uploading content to FAYRWATCH, creators confirm that they own the content or have all permissions, licenses, releases, and rights needed to use it on FAYRWATCH.

2. No transfer of ownership to FAYRWATCH

Creators keep ownership of their own content.

Uploading content to FAYRWATCH does not transfer ownership to Croissant.im LLC. However, by uploading content, creators grant Croissant.im LLC the license described in the Terms of Service so FAYRWATCH can host, stream, display, recommend, promote, and operate the platform.

3. Copyright infringement is not allowed

You may not upload, publish, monetize, or share content on FAYRWATCH if you do not have the rights to use it.

FAYRWATCH may remove, restrict, demonetize, down-rank, disable, or block content that appears to infringe copyright or that creates legal risk for the platform, creators, viewers, rightsholders, payment processors, or service providers.

4. How to send a copyright removal request

If you believe content on FAYRWATCH infringes your copyright, send a copyright removal request to contact@croissant.im.

Your request should include:

  • your full legal name;
  • your company or organization name, if applicable;
  • your contact information;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  • the URL or clear location of the allegedly infringing content on FAYRWATCH;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your request is accurate;
  • a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete requests may be rejected or delayed.

5. What FAYRWATCH may do after a copyright request

After receiving a copyright request, FAYRWATCH may:

  • review the request;
  • ask for more information;
  • reject incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or legally insufficient requests;
  • remove or disable access to the reported content;
  • notify the creator who uploaded the content;
  • restrict monetization or payouts related to the content;
  • preserve records related to the dispute;
  • suspend or terminate repeat infringer accounts;
  • take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the platform and comply with applicable law.

6. Counter-notices and creator disputes

If a creator believes content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, the creator may send a counter-notice or review request to contact@croissant.im.

A counter-notice or review request should include:

  • the creator's full legal name;
  • the creator's contact information;
  • identification of the content that was removed or disabled;
  • the URL or location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  • a statement that the creator has a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
  • any information showing that the creator owns the content or has permission to use it;
  • consent to the applicable legal process where required by law;
  • the creator's physical or electronic signature.

FAYRWATCH may forward information from the counter-notice to the complaining party where necessary to process the dispute.

7. Repeat infringer policy

FAYRWATCH may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright, repeatedly upload content without proper rights, repeatedly receive valid copyright complaints, or create repeated copyright risk.

FAYRWATCH may also restrict monetization, hold payouts, remove content, disable uploads, or require verification for accounts involved in repeated copyright issues.

8. False, abusive, or bad-faith copyright claims

Do not submit false, abusive, misleading, automated, or bad-faith copyright requests.

A person who knowingly submits false copyright claims, false counter-notices, or misleading information may be responsible for damages, costs, or legal consequences under applicable law.

FAYRWATCH may reject abusive requests and may restrict accounts that misuse copyright reporting systems.

9. No automatic copyright matching tool

FAYRWATCH does not currently offer an automatic copyright matching system, Content ID system, or automated rights-management tool.

Copyright complaints are reviewed based on the information provided by the person or organization submitting the request and any information available to FAYRWATCH.

10. Music and third-party material

Creators must have the rights to all music and third-party material included in their content.

Giving credit to an artist, buying a song, owning a copy of a video, linking to the original, or saying "no copyright infringement intended" does not automatically give a creator the right to upload, publish, stream, or monetize that material on FAYRWATCH.

11. Trademarks, publicity rights, and other rights

This Copyright page is mainly about copyright. However, content may also be removed or restricted if it violates trademark rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights.

For non-copyright legal complaints, contact contact@croissant.im.

12. DMCA designated agent status

Copyright notices should be sent to contact@croissant.im.

This page does not state that Croissant.im LLC has a registered DMCA designated agent unless and until that registration is completed and the public agent information is updated. If Croissant.im LLC registers a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, FAYRWATCH may update this page with the required agent information.
